Today I visited Mérida, Spain. The town is built on the site of some severely ancient Roman ruins. There is a circus where Gladiator games were fought, and a classic Roman amphitheater with columns and statues still standing. Not to mention the typical historic Spanish style streets, narrow and filled with people – although it’s against the law here to photograph people without consent. That being said, it’s almost impossible to take a bad photo here.
